IMPROVE YOUR RIDING OFF THE HORSE WITH

This workshop series is designed to improve your riding with exercises that can be practiced off the horse.  Yoga, Franklin balls, breathing techniques and in-saddle exercises will allow you to connect with your body and improve your riding. You can even bring your own saddle!
